LMS511室外型激光掃描雷達(dá)主要用于室外型的物體測(cè)量及防撞。
LMS511采用成熟的激光－時(shí)間飛行原理及多重回波技術(shù)，非接觸式檢測(cè)，
是室外防撞、區(qū)域保護(hù)、及惡劣環(huán)境測(cè)量的理想產(chǎn)品。LMS511有兩種型號(hào)，
LMS511-2010采用小光點(diǎn)的激光，能夠較準(zhǔn)確的測(cè)量物體的尺寸及距離，
其主要用于要求測(cè)量精度較高，距離較盡的應(yīng)用；
LMS511-10100針對(duì)10％反射率的物體，距離可以達(dá)到40米，主要針對(duì)較遠(yuǎn)距離的測(cè)量及防撞應(yīng)用。
是新推出的高性能的LMS511的主要特點(diǎn)為：
靈活的區(qū)域配置（可以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要，設(shè)置各種圖形的保護(hù)區(qū)域，且可以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的需要，隨時(shí)簡(jiǎn)單的修改圖形）
可靠的抗干擾性能（通過(guò)內(nèi)部濾波及多重回波），
大保護(hù)距離（最遠(yuǎn)6 5米的保護(hù)區(qū)域），
以太網(wǎng)等多種通訊接口（更方便客戶系統(tǒng)集成），
內(nèi)部具有自檢功能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

其主要用于室外車輛輪廓掃描、港口設(shè)備定位、輪廓掃描及防撞、地圖掃描、
散貨體積測(cè)量、無(wú)人車導(dǎo)航、安防追蹤及區(qū)域防護(hù)等。
